William Warren Rumans, 92, of Davenport, formerly of Henderson, Ky., died Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013.
Graveside services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at Rock Island National Cemetery. Those wishing to attend should meet at Runge, Davenport, by 9:30 a.m.
He was born Dec. 1, 1920, in Kansas City, Mo., to David and Eva Smart Rumans. He married Margaret Bowen June 14, 1946. She died May 20, 2008.
Surviving are his daughters, Karen Bulmer, Apple Valley, Minn., and Pam Shepherd, Bettendorf; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
