Rock Island Mayor Dennis E. Pauley and Fourth Ward Alderman Steve Tollenaer invite the public to attend a Coffee & Conversations event from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16, at Hy-Vee, 2930 18th Ave., Rock Island. Coffee and donuts will be provided. Coffee & Conversations is an opportunity for residents to talk to the mayor and aldermen and get any concerns or questions addressed.
