Orva Carey, a longtime resident of Aspen Rehab and Health Care, will celebrate her 100th birthday today with a birthday celebration at 2 p.m. at the nursing home, 1403 9th Ave., Silvis. Orva will be joined by family and friends to celebrate her century mark.
