Marvis Gibson, 67, of Bettendorf, formerly of Mesa, Ariz., passed away Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at his home.
A private family gathering will be at a later date.
He was born June 1, 1945, in Elkhart, Ind., to Marvis U. Gibson and Yolanda E. Frodroczi. He married Diane Morgan. She died June 6, 1999.
Surviving are his daughters, Michelle (Shane) Levan, Bettendorf, Debbie Gibson (Scott McConnell), Bettendorf; sons, Jon Gibson (Erin McLarty), Arizona, Mark Gibson, Louisiana; nine grandchildren; brothers, Doug, Gary and Tom Gibson.
