Leonida R. Alava, 80, of Rock Island, passed away Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012, at Trinity Rock Island.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Moline, with visitation 9 a.m. to service time. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Rock Island, is in charge of arrangements.
