Press release submitted by city of East Moline

The City of East Moline has declared a snow emergency upon authority of East Moline Code of Ordinances 9-3-3. In order to clear the streets from snow, the City is asking that all vehicles be moved from city streets. Vehicles not moved are subject to being towed at the owner's expense. This snow emergency is effective immediately and will continue until 24 hours after the snow has stopped falling.
