Announcement is made of the engagement of Katie Tolley and Charles Matkovic, both of Matherville. She is the daughter of Rod Tolley, Orion, and Carole Tolley, Colona. He is the son of Daniel Matkovic, Matherville, and Kathy Matkovic, Viola.
The couple will be married at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 26 at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, Coal Valley. The reception is 5 p.m. at Stoney Creek Inn.
Katie graduated from Orion High School and Western Illinois University. She is employed at Medical Arts, Moline.
Charles graduated from Sherrard High School. He is employed by Iron Workers Local Union 111, Rock Island.
