Elvera Reiling, Atkinson, will celebrate her 85th birthday with a family dinner at The Cellar in Geneseo.
Elvera Sears was born Dec. 29, 1927. She married Frederick Reiling on Feb. 15, 1948, at Atkinson Congregational Church.
Her children are Sandra (Chuck) Ullrick, Geneseo; Donald (Carol) Reiling, Atkinson; and Rebecca (Michael) Pobanz, Geneseo. She has nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She is a member of Atkinson Congregational United Church of Christ.
