MidAmerican Energy has crews working at Marquette and 35th and 36th Street with intermittent lane closures for several weeks.

Other lane closures for work by city crews and private contractors are as follows:

Beginning at 8AM on Wednesday, December 12th, eastbound Locust St. between Brady & Main Street will be reduced to one lane of travel (south curb lane). Eastbound motorists who desire to turn left from Locust onto Brady Street should follow the signed detour route or take alternate routes during the lane restrictions. The left turn lane should be opened on the following day, and all lanes should be opened by Friday. The closure is necessary in order for a private contractor to perform work related to a sanitary lateral disconnection.

Beginning Tuesday, December 11, Harrison at 15th Street will be reduced to two lanes of travel.

Starting today, Monday, December 10, Brady Street at 12th Street was reduced to two lanes of travel.
