Please help spread the word:

There are free resources for military troops and their families at www.PatriotOutreach.org , including a free download of the "Be Still and Know" exercise and the "Coping Strategies" CD, which contains several simple exercises for coping with stress, controlling post traumatic stress disorder, and preventing suicide.

Col. Tony Monaco, United States Army, shares, "Are you Stressed? Depressed? Isolated, angry and full of resentment? Who will take care of us if we don't? There is no need to struggle alone, and in darkness. ... What I discovered is a very private, simple, non-intrusive Exercise called, 'Be Still and Know.' It has helped me immensely in overcoming extreme adversities. It is confidential, effective and powerful."

Not in the military? Do you suffer from stress, pain, anger, fear, anxiety, illness, or addiction? Do you need a tool to help you do what you know is right in your heart?

You may obtain the "Be Still and Know" exercise, and many other resources, at a small cost, at the Foundation for Human Understanding, www.FHU.com, or call toll-free 1-800-877-3227.

Also, listen, for free, to the latest "Refeed" of their nightly "Advise Line" radio program, "Now celebrating 52 years of helping people on the radio!" Go to www.FHU.com and listen, download, or order tools to help you. It will change your life!
