Patrick Charles Stork, 48, of Bancroft, Iowa, died Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012, at Mercy Hospice, Johnston, Iowa.
Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, Davenport. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, with a 7:30 p.m. rosary, at Runge, Davenport.
He was born Nov. 1, 1964, in Algona, Iowa, to Margaret and Frank C. Stork.
Surviving are his son, Evan; sister, Rose (Terry) Donahoe; brothers, John (Jennifer), Frank (Susan), Tom (Julie), Tony (Sandra), Matt (Jody), and their families.
