Tom and Cheryl Ernst, Colona, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at a family dinner Thanksgiving day in the home of Julie and Wyatt Wancket, Atkinson.
Cheryl Bell and Tom Ernst were married Dec. 1, 1962, in Port Byron.
They are the parents of Deb Sherbeyn, East Moline; Chris Carmichael, Geneseo; Julie (Wyatt) Wancket, Atkinson; and Teresa Ernst, Phoenix. They have seven grandchildren.
