Virginia Dhondt, 4606 9th St., East Moline, will celebrate her 80th birthday with a family dinner.
Virginia Grossell was born Nov. 28, 1932. She married Phil J. Dhondt, East Moline, on Aug. 13, 1955, in Rock Island. He is deceased.
Her children are Bill (Jodi) D'Hondt, Coal Valley; Theresa (Joe) Fusilier, River Falls, Wis.; Jon (Krystal) Dhondt, Snohomish, Wash.; and Lisa (Chris) Whan, Sherrard. She has 10 grandchildren.
She is a member of Christ the King, Moline.
