Getz,president of the hospital board. 1987 — 25 years ago: The Salvation Army Quad-City Family Service Center inDavenport has been awarded a $3,000 grant from Target Stores. The grant was madethrough the support of Target employees and customers in the Davenport area. Thefunds will be used to support the center, which houses homeless people. The center alsoprovides meals and counseling services.
