Ali Toppert and Santa are ready for the second annual Lighted Christmas Parade in downtown East Moline on Tuesday, Nov. 27. The parade begins at 6 p.m. on 15th Avenue between 7th and 10th streets. A Frosty’s Chili Supper will be served from 5-8 p.m. at the American Legion, where Santa and Mrs. Claus will greet children after the parade. Local authors Blake Ross and Patrick Flaherty will be signing their books at the American Legion. New street lighting this year will add to the festivities. For more information, call (309) 314-3730.
