Announcement is made of the engagement of Sara Navis and Nolan Paxton, both of Prophetstown. She is the daughter of Ron and Jill Navis, Heyworth, Ill. He is the son of Kevin and Karla Paxton, Geneseo.
The couple will be married on March 9, 2013, in Normal, Ill.
Sara graduated from Heyworth High School and the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. She is employed at Volt at John Deere, Moline.
Nolan graduated from Geneseo High School and the University of Illinois. He is employed as a district sales manager for LG Seeds.
