In a very tough 10th week of the Ness Guess Football Contest, Jeff Myers, of Moline, emerged as the $100 winner with an 11-3 record. The contest became a 14-game slate when the Rams and 49ers ended in a tie. Myers was off by 16 on the Bears-Texans total score, which was at least seven points better than the other three with 11-3 records: Harvey Baker, of Milan; Roger Reno, of Rock Island; and Dave Sackett, of Giahanna, Ohio.
