During the Augustana College Communication Science and Disorders department's 'Spring Fling' for clients and their siblings Friday night, Sydney Strief took a turn singing to the music that was roaring from the speakers while Rachael Sandhaas-Hoke and Amy Haskill clap and dance along. At the end-of-the-year dance, there was music, games, food and plenty of dancing. Augustana students do three trimesters of one-credit internship, which is required for graduation with the Communication Science and Disorders major. There currently are 30-40 student clinicians.
