Celebrate National Public Gardens Day by visiting the Quad City Botanical Center Friday, 11. The Botanical Center will be offering $1 admission and be open extended hours 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.

National Public Gardens Day is an annually occurring day on the Friday before Mother's day to promote awareness of botanic gardens and arboretums around the country. Visitors will also be able to shop our annual spring plant sale. The Quad City Botanical Center is located at 2525 4th Ave., Rock Island. www.qcgardens.com
