BELLEVILLE, Ill. (AP) — A southwestern Illinois man is jailed on $500,000 bond after being accused of sexually attacking a woman after using a stun gun to subdue her. Prosecutors in St. Clair County have charged 48-year-old Richard Lee of Lebanon with aggravated criminal sexual assault with a weapon. Authorities arrested Lee on Friday. Shiloh police contend he went to the woman's home and used a stun gun to subdue her, then tied her up and attacked her before untying her and fleeing. Lee's attorney, Jim Gomric, declined to comment Monday. No one returned a message seeking comment left at Lee's home.
