Phillip "Butch" Van Wassenhove, 68, of Bettendorf, died July 2, 2014, at home.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Grace Lutheran, Davenport. Visitation is 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Weerts, Davenport.
He was born in East Moline to Sarfien and Irma Van Wassenhove. He attended United Township High School.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra; children, Dawn Shaw, Davenport, Christi, Texas, Troy, Wilton; two grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; sisters, JoAnne Pankey, Moline, Kayla Bowman, Rapids City.
