Robert Douglas Owens and Debra Ann Quilty were married on Valentine's Day, Friday, Feb. 14, 2014. Bob Owens is the son of the late Gurney and Grace Hart Owens. Bob graduated from Moline High School in 1969, and is retired. Debbie is the daughter of Elaine Erickson Quilty and the late Dr. Robert H. Quilty and his widow, Margie, Galesburg. Deb graduated from Western Illinois University in 1991. This is the first marriage for the bride. The couple resides in Moline, and attend St. Mark's Church in Silvis.
