Otis Garvin Foulks Jr., 54, of Davenport, died April 25, in Rock Island.
Services are 1 p.m. Thursday at Gospel Mission Temple, Davenport, with visitation at noon. Burial is at Oakdale Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Weerts, Davenport.
Surviving are his mother, Alma Foulks; wife, Rosezella Foulks; children, Tianti Hill, Stacia Hill, Kristen Hill, Giah Hill, Deshawna Bogguess, Terriana Harris, Demico Hill, Otis Foulks III, DeAunte Hawkins; siblings, Carla Foster, Ronald Foulks, Dale Foulks; 18 grandchildren.

1964 — 50 years ago: Work is scheduled to begin this summer on construction of a new men's residence complex and an addition to the dining facilities at Westerlin Hall at Augustana College.
1989 — 25 years ago: Special Olympics competitors were triple winners at Rock Island High School Saturday. The participants vanquished the rain that fell during the competition, and some won their events; but most important, they triumphed over their own disabilities.
