Five people are running for four seats on the Annawan Township Board. They are Dwayne Thurston, Thomas Wells, Jay Wilson, Dean Verbeck and Annette Hattner. Mr. Thurston is the only one who returned a candidate's questionnaire to The Dispatch/Rock Island Argus.

POLITICAL PARTY: Independent
OFFICE SOUGHT: Annawan Township Trustee
PRIOR OFFICE: Currently a trustee
WHY RUNNING: To ensure that Annawan Township residents' tax dollars are spent wisely and that the roads are well maintained.
KEY ISSUE:Finding suitable replacements for outgoing township supervisor and clerk.
