The 2013 Kia Soul urban passenger vehicle returns to the lineup with its refreshingly unique style, fun-to-drive performance and myriad standard comfort and convenience features.Soul brings spirited performance and impressive fuel efficiency of up to 30 miles per gallon on the highway to its segment.
