Jimmie Spahr, 80, of Davenport, died Thursday, March 14, 2013, at Davenport Lutheran Home. Graveside memorial services are 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at National Cemetery, Rock Island
He was born in 1932 in Iowa City to Alfred and Frieda Spahr.
Survivors are wife, Geraldine; son, Jimmie Jr. and daughter; Lisa Otten, Davenport; three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter; brothers, William, California, Wayne and Russell, Davenport; sisters: Betty Jones, Monmouth, and Darlene Tinsley, Davenport.
