Jay B. Bryan, 97, of Davenport, died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, at Crest Health Center, Davenport.
Graveside services are 11 a.m. Friday at Davenport Memorial Park. There will be no visitation or funeral.
Jay was born Feb. 18, 1915, in Mercer, Mo., the son of LeRoy and Nell Hill Bryan. He married Estelle I. Barritt Hunt in 1986, in Davenport. She died July 31, 2007.
Surviving are his son, Barry Bryan, Texas; stepsons, Conrad (Beverly) Mock, Davenport, Courtney (Carol) Hunt, Pleasant Valley; two grandsons; four stepgrandchildren; and numerous great- and great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; and brother, Lee.
