Leanna M. Evinoff, 86, of Dumas, Texas, died Dec. 22, 2012. Private family services will be held at a later date, with burial at National Cemetery Arsenal Island. Arrangements are provided by Hodgson, Rock Island. Leanna was born Oct. 12, 1926, in Bettendorf, to Maria Waldon and Jack Dolquist. She married Alexander J. Evinoff in 1949. Leanna had many passions and many talents but always felt at home bartending. Taking care of her family was foremost her priority. She will be dearly missed. Survivors include but are not limited to a daughter, Shirley Persons, Birmingham, Ala.; six grand-children; nine great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Lawrence, first administrative director, has retired fromPECO Enterprises, Inc. Prior to his service at PECO, Mr. Lawrence was the civilianpersonnel officer at the Rock Island Arsenal.
