Ila M. Ruggles, 97, of Rock Island, died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, at Friendship Manor in Rock Island. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at First Lutheran Church, Moline. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, at Wendt Funeral Home, Moline, where further arrangements are pending.

The first celebration will be the Memorial Dayprogram at 10 a.m. May 30, at the Brettun and Black Store Museum on River Road. Therewill be a sesquicentennial display.
