California man faces several cannabis-related charges

CAMBRIDGE — An Orangevalle, Calif. man has been charged with several cannabis-related felonies in Henry County Circuit Court.

James Dusch, 54, is charged with Class X felony cannabis trafficking, Class X felony possession with intent to deliver and Class 1 felony possession of cannabis. If convicted, thetrafficking charge carries an enhanced penalty of 12 to 60 years in prison and a $400,000 fine.

Mr. Dusch remains in jail on $100,000 bail. Hewas found to be indigent, and public defender James Cosby was appointed to represent him.
