The couple will be married at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 23, 2013, at Christ the King Catholic Church, Moline. The reception is 4:30 p.m. at Watchtower Lodge at Black Hawk Park. Leslie graduated from Alleman High School, Rock Island; and Western Illinois University, Quad-Cities, Moline. She is employed as a kindergarten teacher at Jordan Catholic School, Rock Island. Jarrod graduated from Moline High School. He is employed as a painter at the Rock Island Arsenal.
