Roudebush selected as Sweetheart of the Quad Cities

The Davenport Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society has selected LaWanda Roudebush
as its 2013 Sweetheart of the Quad Cities. The group annually bestows this honor on individuals who
have endeared themselves to the local community. LaWanda, who retires at the end of January as
the Director of the Davenport Public Library after nine years, distinguished herself through the
management of a number of projects for the library system, including the "Branching Out" Project and a renovation to the Main Library's first floor.
