Snowstar Wednesday night races starting Jan. 30

Press release submitted by Snowstar Wed Night Public Races at Snowstar—Starting Jan 30th, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. GS Format It's a fun filled recreational, just for the fun of it timed race event. 5 Week Series event with Racing Every Wed night through Feb 27th. This is a new event for the Quad Cities, so come on out and show us what ya got! Do not miss the finals night on Feb 27th, as prizes and surprises will be shared. 1988 -- 25 years ago: Hampton's sesquicentennial committee and the Hampton HistoricalSociety have scheduled a full slate of activities, which will be held throughout the year, to celebrate the village's 150th birthday. The first celebration will be the Memorial Dayprogram at 10 a.m. May 30, at the Brettun and Black Store Museum on River Road. Therewill be a sesquicentennial display.
