Judy A. Hoffman, 68, of Davenport, died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at University of Iowa Hospitals, Iowa City.
She was cremated. Private services are at Rock Island National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Pulmonary Hypertension Association, 801 Roeder Road, Suite 1000, Silver Springs, MD 20910, or www.PHAssociation.org.
Surviving are her husband, Kenneth Hoffman; children, Greg (Tammy) Lee, Sherri (John) Cruz and David (Julie) Lee; and grandchildren, Cirbie, Joseph, Stephanie, Toni and Troy.
