Alice M. Carlton, 70, of Rock Island passed away Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at Trinity Rock Island.
Memorial services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Runge, Davenport, with visitation two hours prior to service. Cremation has been accorded.
She was born Feb. 7, 1942, in Davenport.
She was a hard worker. She volunteered many hours at Oasis Homeless Shelter.
Surviving are her children, Cindy Clay and Ally Malone; eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her children, Ricky Krohn and Darla Miles.

This year's festival has beenexpanded to five days, June 22-26, at the Northeast Park complex.
