CHICAGO (AP) Two rescued California sea lions, including a pup found blinded from gunshot wounds, now have a home at Chicago's Shedd Aquarium.

The blind 9-month-old male pup comes to Chicago from The Marine Mammal Center in Sausalito, Calif. Aquarium officials say the pup is the first blind marine mammal to undergo rehabilitation at Shedd. The adult male sea lion comes from the Bonneville Dam areas of Oregon and Washington.

The blind pup is named Cruz, because he was found in July on a Santa Cruz, Calif., beach. The 500-pound adult sea lion is named Tanner after Tanner Creek near the Columbia River.
