Graveside services for Willard Brown, 65, of Aledo, are 11 a.m. Wednesday at McPherren Cemetery, 55th Avenue, rural Aledo, with military honors by American Legion Post 121. Speer, Aledo, is assisting the family.
He died Friday, Jan. 11, 2013, at Mercer County Hospital, Aledo.
He was born June 6, 1947, in Moline, to Richard and Alma Johnson Brown. He married Beth Mosley Sept. 7, 2004, in Forsyth, Mo. He retired from Ruan Transportation. He was a member of Teamsters Local Union 371.
Surviving are his wife; mother; brother, Mark; stepchildren, Curtis Moore, Lindsey Baker and Crystal Thompson. He was preceded in death by his father; and brother, Dwayne.
