William "Bill" Keel, 87, Kewanee, died Jan. 6, 2013, at Royal Oaks, Kewanee. Graveside services are 11 a.m. Friday at Galva Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schueneman-Tumbleson, Kewanee. He married Marjorie Brown. They divorced. He married Charlotte Green July 29, 1981. Surviving are his wife; children, Robert, David, Nancy Miller, Connie Weir, Cheryl Barnes, Kewanee, William Jr., Moline, Barbara Thompson, Milan, Tammy Ringberg, Galva; 18 grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; four stepchildren.
