Ruby Boultinghouse, Rock Island, will celebrate her 90th birthday on Friday, Jan. 11, starting at 6 p.m. at The Stern Center, 1713 3rd Ave., Rock Island. Family and friends are welcome to come help her celebrate; no gifts please. Ruby Barnes was born on Jan. 11, 1923. She married the late Ray Boultinghouse on Sept. 10, 1946. Her children are Joann Fairman, Michael (Cindy) Boultinghouse, Eddie (AnneMarie) Boultinghouse, and the late Terry Boultinghouse. Ruby has 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Ruby retired from A.D. Huesing Corp. in 1990.
