Services are 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Runge, Davenport. Visitation is 4 to 7 p.m. today. Burial is at Rock Island National Cemetery, Arsenal Island. She married John Fox June 21, 1953, in DeWitt. He died in 1986. Survivors include her children, Daniel, Debra Sabel, Douglas and Denny; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; twin brother, Phillip; and brother, Jack. She was preceded in death by twin daughters, Denise and Diane.

1988 -- 25 years ago: William G. Lawrence, first administrative director, has retired fromPECO Enterprises, Inc. Prior to his service at PECO, Mr. Lawrence was the civilianpersonnel officer at the Rock Island Arsenal.
