Thanks to the City of East Moline for making it a bit safer for bicycle riders. After months of extensive rebuilding of north- and southbound lanes on Kennedy Drive, sharrows have been painted on the street close to the curbs for bikers.

As this has been a plus, I'm sure "No Parking" along Kennedy has created another problem for those who live there and occasionally need extra parking for visitors and have to find alternate parking on avenues close to their homes.
