Indiana man jailed on pot trafficking charges

CAMBRIDGE — A South Bend, Ind. man was being held in the Henry County jail Friday afternoon on $100,000 bond on cannabis-related charges.

Brandon Simpson, 29, is charged with Class 1 felony cannabis trafficking, Class 1 felony possession with intent to deliver and Class 2 felony possession of cannabis. According to the charges, he was arrested Wednesday by the Henry County sheriff's department.

James Cosby was appointed public defender, and a preliminary hearing was set for Dec. 10.
