Mary Huycke, 93, Morrison, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, at Pleasant View Nursing, Morrison.
Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at Bosma-Renkes, Morrison. Burial is in Grove Hill Cemetery, Morrison. Visitation is noon to services.
She was born in1919, to William and Clara Marshall. She marriedKenneth Huycke in 1948 in Morrison. He died in 1969.
Survivors are daughters, Janet Phillips, Morrison, Nancy Jackson, Rock Falls, Vicki Ratliff, DeWitt, and Betty Fredricks, Florida; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

1989 -- 25 years ago: Officials predict Monday's Rock Island Labor Parade will be the biggest and best ever. Last minute work continues on floats and costumes for the parade, which steps off a 9:30 a.m.
