Robert O. Hall, 84, of Davenport, died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at Manor Care -- Utica Ridge.

A funeral is at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Asbury United Methodist in Bettendorf. Visitation is 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday and 10:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church.

Robert was born in 1928. He married Esin Korur.

Survivors include his son, Steve (Marti), Davenport; and two grandsons.

He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; and one sister, Virginia.

1989 — 25 years ago: Beginning this fall, Black Hawk College will offer a continuing education course in horseback riding at the Wright Way Equestrian Center, Moline, located just east of the Deere Administration Center.
