Frew-Williams Engagement
The couple will be married at 5 p.m. Oct. 13, 2013, at Watch Tower Lodge at Black Hawk State Historic Site, Rock Island. The reception will follow immediately. Stephanie graduated from Sherrard High School in 2007. She is a full-time student at Black Hawk College. Bradley graduated from Aledo High School in 2000. He works full time for the Illinois Army National Guard, Milan.
