Thomas E. Miller, 62, of Corona, Calif., formerly of Taylor Ridge, passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Sept. 1, 2012, after a ferocious 18 month battle with cancer. His Lord saw his great suffering so he took the pain away and gave Tom eternal life in heaven.
Memorial services will be held at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, at First United Methodist Church of Riverside, 4845 Brockton Ave., Riverside, Calif. 92506. Tom donated his body to research. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Cancer Society or to a favorite charity in his name.
Tom was born on Sept. 24, 1949, to William and Hazel Doris Miller. Tom married Debi Cypret on Feb. 14, 1976, at the Taylor Ridge United Methodist Church.
Tom is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Debi; the apple of his eye, his daughter, Mia (Daniel) Miller-Jueng, Paris, France; brother, Dennis Miller, Haywood, Calif.; aunt, Evelyn Miller-Nusebaum, Rock Island; mother-in-law, Lillian Cypret; brother-in-law, Michael (Gloria) and their son; and many cousins, friends and relatives.
