Missionary Minnie L. Jackson, 69, of Rock Island, died Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at the Davenport Good Samaritan Center, Davenport.

Services for Minnie will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Spirit of Liberty Evangelist Church, Davenport. Visitation will be Tuesday one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Davenport. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Rock Island, is assisting the family.

Minnie was born May 10, 1943, in Henderson, Tenn., daughter of Lester and Elvie Smith Reed. She married Robert Jackson in Rock Island. He preceded her in death on Jan. 30, 1996.

She was a member of the Israel Outreach Ministry.

Survivors include her children, Charles (Annie) Reed, Stanley Reed, Robin (Willie) Jackson; stepchildren, Larry (Gloria) Bolden, Gilbert Moore, Mickey (Liz) Carlson; two sisters; five brothers; and one stepsister. Minnie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert; and four siblings.

He is deeply involvedin miniature railroading. At the age of 88, when many other seniors are dozing in theirchairs or sitting before the television, Mr. Kuschmann is planning and working on hiscollection.
