Services are 11 a.m. Monday at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, Davenport, with visitation 10-11 a.m. Burial is at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Davenport. Arrangements are by Halligan-McCabe-DeVries, Davenport. He was born Feb. 23, 1938, in Clarion, Iowa, to Ernest James and Margaritte Mowry Condon. Surviving are an uncle, Harold Condon, Sacramento, Calif.; and more than 50 first cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents.
