Richard Steven Fisher left to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 17, 2012, in Amarillo, Texas.

He was born Dec. 11, 1966, to Gary C. Fisher and Sheryl J. Fisher in Moline.

Mr. Fisher was preceded in death by his father, Gary C. Fisher; his maternal grandmother, Betty G. Morris; and his paternal grandfather, Roland Fisher.

Left to cherish his memory are his beloved mother, Sheryl Jefferson, Mission, Texas; daughter, Ashley; son, Ryan; brother, Gary Fisher; and sister, Gina Williamson. Also left to remember him are his maternal grandfather, Robert W. Morris, and paternal grandmother, Mina Fisher, Moline; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Richard was a self-employed painter and contractor and worked in the Amarillo, Denton and Mission, Texas, areas for the last few years.

Richard was an avid NASCAR fan, pool player and a wonderful artist.

He will be greatly missed by many, especially his dog, Bisket.

Memorial services are to be held in Denton on Friday, July 27, and Moline at a later date.

Guest speaker, William Moffitt, director of productengineering of Deere & Co., spoke about leadership and stressed the importance ofcommunity volunteers.
