The Quad Cities River Bandits, the Class A affiliate of the World Champion St. Louis Cardinals, will give away replica World Series Championship rings this season. The defending Midwest League Champs will give out the replica rings on a pair of Pay Your Bill Wednesdays presented by Mix 96 on Aug. 8 and Aug. 22.

The first 2,000 fans to Modern Woodmen Park on both Aug. 8 and Aug. 22 will receive the replica rings, which are made by Success Promotions.

"The replica World Series Championship rings are an exciting addition to our giveaway lineup at Modern Woodmen Park," said River Bandits team owner Dave Heller. "These rings sold out in a matter of hours when the Cardinals gave them away in St. Louis, and they are now selling for as much as $75 apiece on eBay, but we wanted our fans to have an opportunity to own and treasure one of these fantastic World Series Championship replica rings."

On both giveaway dates, the games start at 7 p.m., and gates open at 5:30 p.m. at Modern Woodmen Park. Both games are on Pay Your Bill Wednesdays presented by Mix 96, when fans can bring copies of their bills for a drawing in which two bills will be paid up to $100 by the River Bandits.
